The 45 Minute Run

Hey, I'm getting good at this:

1) I did the morning thing
2) Made it on over to the gym
3) Stepped onto the treadmill
4) Put in the digits
5) And ran my ass off for 45 min--I did 5.3 miles, if you can imagine that!

6) Then I did a REAL-mon's workout, weights and all, doing four sets in each exercise, and running between sets.

7) I streached
8) I showered
9) AND I ate my tuna sandwich

Yes, with 148 usuable days left before my marathon, I'm sittin' pretty.
